  • 2 tbsp Slim Mezza Hummus ( prepared as per package)
  • 1 small sliced beet
  • 1 small shredded carrot
  • 1 small sliced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup black kidney beans
  • 1/2 cup uncooked wild rice
  • Drizzle of Olive oil

  • 1 small sliced beet

Instructions
  1. Prepare your favorite SlimMezza Hummus and cook the wild rice as per package. Arrange all prepared vegetables in a bowl, add the wild rice and top it up with your favorite Hummus. Voila!!
